If you have been to Malone’s or Drake’s, you have seen this drink on their menu. It’s a fun and easy cocktail to make, but you will need to hunt down a few pucker products to make it.
Pixie Stick Martini recipe
Ingredients:
- 3/4 ounce DeKuyper Island Punch Pucker (formerly Island Blue Pucker)
- 3/4 ounce DeKuyper Grape Pucker
- 3/4 ounce vodka
- Splash of sour mix
- Splash of 7-Up
- Orange slice, for garnish
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
Enjoy!
Tips:
- You can use any flavor of vodka you like.
- If you can’t find DeKuyper Island Punch Pucker, you can substitute another blue raspberry liqueur.
- If you don’t have sour mix, you can make your own by combining equal parts lemon juice and simple syrup.
- You can also add a splash of Sprite or club soda to the martini for a lighter drink.
Variation:
For a more colorful martini, you can rim the glass with pixie stix dust. To do this, dip the rim of the glass in water, then in a shallow dish of pixie stix dust.
Cheers!
